What We're All About!

Owner & Chef, William Johnson, Jr, reinvents the culinary experience by including his eclectic cooking experiences from various countries. As a travel enthusiast, Chef Will captures the culinary essence of each country he visits transforms the ideas collected with polished expertise, and creates the ultimate experience for each of Mia & Me Catering clients.

Chef Will calls them "minis" instead of hors d'oeuvres. Why? Chef Will thinks it just sounds cooler. All of our minis are made from scratch with fresh local ingredients. The flavors and presentation are a piece of art that many guests at our events say "they are just too cute too eat!"


The ultimate goal of Mia & Me Catering is to provide every client with an event to remember. For this reason, each client is provided with exclusive attention to detail from start to finish!
