When the Stars Align

Its been almost 3 months since I've been Personal Chef for Miami Heat Guard Dion Waiters. During this time it's been a test of my will, commitment, and perseverance. I am happy to say I've enjoyed every moment. To be where I am after all the adversity I've faced throughout the years is amazing! The freedom to travel and do what I love on a daily basis is the epitome of success for me. I cannot forget living in Miami 4 to 5 days a week has some great rewards as well. My overall hope is to build the private chef offerings of Mia & Me Catering to accompany our already successful catering department.
